The UAP Disclosure Act of 2023, written by Senators Chuck Schumer and Republican Mike Rounds was passed for approval by Senators in Congress in The National Defense Authorization Act of 2023. That is until House Republicans Mike Turner and Mike Rogers lobbied successfully to gut it of nearly all of its provisions in a defeat for transparency of truth on the UOF UAP topic.
